SAP Integration solutions for the food industry
For a leading food company, we migrated 750 ERP interfaces from SAP PO to SAP Integration Suite. Rather than a big bang, we executed a phased migration, moving company code by company code — ensuring all interfaces were ready from Day 1.
Using a mix of technologies per adapter, we effectively bridged BAU and new integration logic.
With Figaf, we delivered every interface on time, enhanced monitoring and team expertise, and introduced the pipeline model to further streamline delivery and operations.
Digital foundation for a leading retailer
For a leading company in the retail sector, we built their first central integration platform on SAP Integration Suite, creating a foundation for their central integration platform .
We began by leveraging pre-built SAP content to connect their CRM system, then delivered their first EDI integrations and linked their e-commerce platform. The new integration layer connected local ERP systems from smaller entities with the central ERP in Germany, ensuring real-time data flow across the organization.
Along the way, we achieved full technical compliance by replacing outdated FTP interfaces, supported the implementation of DRC, and enabled rapid onboarding of new entities.
Today, all EDI processes are centralized on SAP Integration Suite — providing greater transparency, reliability, and speed across the business.
S/4HANA readiness and API management in food production
Following the S/4HANA transformation of an industrial bakery, we were engaged to migrate their SAP PO platform to SAP Integration Suite.
With around 90% of their integrations based on EDI, we transitioned them to a modern, agile platform capable of supporting API-centric solutions alongside their traditional EDI landscape.
By introducing SAP API Management, we added an extra layer of security and established the foundation for future digital growth and flexibility.
